How can I track my order?An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory as per our policy and government regulations.

What is your refund policy?For both cancellation and return of products, we will refund the amount within 8-10 business days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. After how many days can I cancel my order?You can cancel your order within 2 days of receiving the order.

Can I replace all the products available in your website?Replacement for Jewellery, pebble art, hand-painted bottle and wall art is not possible as each product under these categories are unique.

Can I return all the products?Yes, you can return all the products. However, we will not accept the returns if: Products made to your specifications or are clearly personalized Products are tampered Products are returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, price sticker and manufacturer's packaging if any Products return request is raised after 3 days of receiving the product
