RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
For the purpose of these Return and Refund policy, references to "you" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and buying the products offered through the Website, and "we", "us" and "our" shall mean Canvaart Global Service Private Limited.

CANCELLATION:
We accept cancellation requests for every order you place on our website. However, you need to Submit cancellation request of any order within 24hr of placing the order. Based on our nature of business, our artisans start making the product after an order is confirmed as the product may not be readily available always. Post 24 hr, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the amount you paid for the product. (This is not applicable for COD mode of payment.)
You can use the Order Cancel Request button to place a cancellation request. If the product is out for delivery, then you will always have the option to reject the product at your doorstep.

RETURN:

We accept returns for all the products we open for sale on our website (www.artisanpro.in) after the product is delivered to you or someone whom you have appointed to receive the product. A product is eligible for return only if you initiate the return request within 3 days from the product delivery date.
We will reimburse you no later than 8-10 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Currently, we are using only the cash-on-delivery method for placing an order for a product. For cash-on-delivery mode, you are not entitled to receive the amount from the delivery person.

Products That Cannot be Returned

The following products cannot be returned:

Products made to your specifications or are clearly personalized

Products that are tampered

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, price sticker and manufacturer's packaging if any

Products cannot be returned after 3 days of receiving the product
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise or deduct a fee that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

REPLACEMENT:
We provide replacement of products in case of manufacturing defects.

Condition for Replacement

Replacement is allowed for the entire product subject to availability of the same with us. However, we can accept your request to make the product and ship it to you if the same product is not available with us.

Replacement for Jewellery, pebble art, hand-painted bottle and wall art is not possible as each product under these categories are unique.

Product that you want to return for replacement should be in the same condition in which we delivered it to you and include original packaging, accessories (if any) and label.

Replacement request should reach us within 3 days of the product delivery date.

Replacement request will incur a fee to you to bear the additional shipping cost.

Our team will respond to you within 48 hours and guide you to the next steps.

REFUND:
​
For both cancellation and return of products, we will refund the amount within 8-10 working days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Currently, we are using only the Cash-on-Delivery method for placing an order for a product.
In case of cancellation of an order, for cash-on-delivery payment mode, there will be no requirement of refunding you the amount (product price). However, for return of a product, in case of cash-on-delivery orders, refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.
Note: Refund is not applicable for product replacement request.
